A HISTORIC ADU IN THE HEART OF OLYPMIA

Working with Swalling Walk Architects we built a one off custom ADU in Olympia. We recreated a historic carriage that had been on the lot since the 1890’s. The windows and carriage doors on the first floor are original to the building. The second floor windows were crafted using lumber salvaged from the demolition. We salvaged fir flooring from a barn in eastern Washington to replicate the flooring in the main house. We fabricated the millwork and cabinets in our shop to honor the historic president of the main home.
